Episode 1: Welcome to the first episode of 4S4Life with Jacque Ecuyer. 4S4Life is Foundation that helps those dealing with life altering situations and help them in their time of need. Founded in memory of Jacque's parents who both lost battles with cancer. In this episode we learn the origins of the foundation and get a little history behind Jacque, and how he and DW met and how this podcast came to be. Plus info on this weekend's event Hike for Hope-Cody's Climb for suicide awareness and prevention.

Episode 2: This week Jacque and DW talk more about Cody's Climb for Suicide Awareness, and delve into the topic of suicide and how much it effects our community and the US as a whole, and what we all can do to help with awareness and prevention. Episode 3: This week Jacque recaps Cody's Climb event we went too a few weeks ago and he goes on a rant Gary Vaynerchuk style rant about parents/teen issues and more!

Episode 4: Jacque is joined by Tina Foglitta. Tina talks about her true story of losing her son to Heroine and the effect it had on her family and others and what she is doing to get the awareness out there about this growing problem. A MUST LISTEN EPISODE!

Episode 5: This week Jacque and DW are joined by friend and outpatient therapist, Todd Monahan. They talk about the other side of addiction and what Todd has seen and experienced in his own life and how that influenced him to become a therapist. Plus how we can do little things in our lives and with others to better ourselves and gain awareness. This is a must listen to episode. Everyone can learn from what is discussed.

Episode 6: This week Jacque is joined by Herman J. Johnson, who is the owner of Cerebral Sports, a company that is a Psychology Coaching organization developed to guide and teach people coping mechanisms for business, life, and sport. They chat about many facets of life and how we can coup with the daily struggles and not turn to drugs and other harmful escapes. Herman shows Jacque a few simple techniques that can help you calm or mind and focus. It's all about training the mind to be healthy.

Episode 9: This week Jacque sits down with special guests Rose Randall and Jessica Herring. Jessica talks about John's Journey and how you can help. Rose has volunteered with and for 4s4Life events and she talks with Jacque about some of the issues affecting their local community and how it isn't just a local thing but nationwide.

Episode 10: This week Jacque sits down with Rachel Lynn Vickers. Rachel tells her story publicly for the first time about her battle with cancer, how she has over come people's thoughts about cancer, her many operations, and how we can help those going through the battle.

Episode 11: On this episode Jacque is joined by Courtney Lehoisky talks about Tim's Tournament, a benefit softball tournament for the Center for Organ Transplant. Jacque also chats with Amanda Colegrove and discusses how PTSD is not just a condition that effects soldiers. Amanda talks for the first time about her past and how she is a survivor and how she is coping with this condition, and what others can do to help.

Episode 12: On this episode Jacque is joined by special guest, Quantum Life Coach, Michael Torres Jaimes. They discuss Michael's past and how he got to where he is today, and what it means to be a man, father and more in today's world.

Episode 13: This week Jacque is joined by Dezi Slusher, co-founder of Cosmo Visions. They chat about women empowerment and how they are affected at an early age, making them the women they are today. They chat about society and how both sexes are effected by how the world views them, and what they can do to change some of those stereotypes.

Episode 16: On this episode, Jacque sits down with Melody Casey and Brandy Palmer, of Lending Hearts and Hands, a non-profit organization that helps local people with who have cancer. Brandy shares her story of battling cancer and more.

Episode 17: Jacque Ecuyer with talks bullying with special guests Tara Stevens Edwards and Emma Stevens Edwards, and Emma's bullying incident at South High School.

Episode 18: On this episode Jacque talks about his recent bout with depression and how he is deals with it and some of the causes. Plus upcoming local events.

Episode 19: On this episode Jacque and DW are joined by Jacque’s wife Kat. DW takes the reigns to talk with Jacque and Kat about how a persons depression effects their spouses and loved ones, how they deal with it and how they can help..

Episode 21: This week Jacque is back after taking time off thru the holidays and events. He is joined by past guest Rachel Lynn Vickers. Rachel’s first podcast appearance received a lot of great feed back and Rachel wanted to come back and share more of her life dealing with cancer and some things that she has gone through during her life on this planet. Hope her stories inspire others to not give up and that there are people in our lives that can help us through our times of need.
